Accidental Death
No Waiting Period
You are covered immediately after your first premium is paid.
Natural Death

A standard waiting period applies for Main Member, Spouse, and Children.
Suicide
24 Months
We provide coverage for your children (Biological, Legally Adopted, and Stillborn) based on their age:
- 14 - 20 Years: 100% of Sum Insured
- 6 - 13 Years: 75% of Sum Insured
- 0 - 5 Years: 50% of Sum Insured
Standard Exclusions
To keep premiums affordable for everyone, Guardrisk will not pay claims resulting from:
- Suicide (within the first 24 months).
- Participation in hazardous sports or criminal acts.
- Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Death resulting from aviation (unless as a paying passenger) or war/insurrection.
